ennVee sponsored Apna Ghar's third annual golf outing benefiting survivors of gender violence.
The day included networking, lunch, and concluded after a round of golf with a buffet dinner. In attendance was ennVee President, Veera Venugopal, and Executive Vice President, Joseph Bong. The event was a great success and we look forward to Apna Ghar’s next philanthropic venture.
About Apna Ghar
Apna Ghar provides holistic services and conducts outreach and advocacy across immigrant communities to end gender violence. Five award winning Asian American activist women shaped Apna Ghar from an idea in the 1970s to a volunteer-run crisis line in the 1980s. In 1989, Apna Ghar became one of the first agencies in the United States to address the cultural and linguistic barriers that prevent immigrant victims of gender violence from reaching out for help.
